The Equalizer is designed to appear as a picture frame or mirror mounted on your wall, above a child’s reach.
The Equalizer is secured with a magnetic locking system that opens with 5 to 7lbs of pulling force handing your pistol to you in less than 2 seconds!
Each unit comes with our pin lock system utilizing a small magnet and lock pin if extra security is desired.
The Equalizer’s patent pending deployment system extends your firearm from concealment within the high-quality handmade wall mounted picture frame or mirror. This function literally hands the firearm to the User in under 2 seconds taking the fumbling equation out of accessing the firearm giving you the edge against the bad guy.
We utilize “SOSS” Brand hidden hinges and concealed mating surfaces, making it nearly impossible tell that it contains a firearm.
There are no batteries to replace, no combinations to remember, no keys to lose.

Setting up The Equalizer
Designed for mounting on standard 16” center stud walls using two 1” wood screws in center predrilled holes. Can’t utilize a stud? No worries as we have predrilled mounting holes in four corners for dry wall mounting using heavy duty hollow wall anchors The Equalizer can be safely and securely mounted on any wall well above the reach of little ones.
Consider intended placement before selecting between left-opening or right- models.

Just what I was looking for but didn’t know existed!
I was recently at the NRA Convention in Houston. I just happened to walk by RWDS’s booth when they were giving a demonstration of their Equalizer product. My neck snapped back so quick to do a double-take you’d thought I saw a super model! Well needless to say, the product sold itself. I bought two that day.
Very well designed and constructed. I had been looking for years at those faux shelves with the drop-down bottom, but something just wouldn’t let me pull the trigger on those (pun intended) . After seeing RWDS’s Equalizer demonstration, I know why I was hesitant to buy the shelf. Those shelve-type units require a magnetic card or fingerprint reader to open. While that seems all neat and high-tech, I guess in the back of my mind I was concerned that something could fail, just when I need it to work!
What I immediately liked about the Equalizer was that it needs none of that. You simply pull the door open and your gun immediately drops down in a very easy-to-grab position. Purely mechanical. Simple and elegantly done. Did I mention the superb craftsmanship?
One more thing I would mention, I called the business a few weeks later to ask what wall anchors were best to hang my Equalizers. Lo and behold I get hold of Rick, the owner/inventor! Super nice guy. Very helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. He even texted me a couple pictures of the wall anchors he likes to use.
I now need to convince the wife that I need more pistols and Equalizers so I can put one in every room of the house!

What can’t I say about this product it practically sold itself. Although it’s not a safe as was told to me by the salesperson, it is exactly what I needed. It provides me lightning fast access to my firearm if I were to ever need it, and the fact that it just drops a firearm into my hand! What!!
I bought 3 at the last NRA convention in Houston. One for the front room, one for my bedroom, and one for the bathroom (because, like the salslesman said, who doesn’t need a bathroom gun, now ill never be caught with my pants down lolol).

In my opinion there’s no better way to safely and discretely keep a firearm accessible!
As a small business owner. I keep mine in my office for that “just in case moment” I also keep one in my home where I have access but also it’s out of sight and reach of my children.

I’ve had both drop bottom shelf and concealed clocks. Both are openly marketed in all big box sporting stores. That makes them obvious targets to anyone familiar with them. This concept is new and inventive. I’m considering my second and possibly third storage cabinets. I love its appearance and concept.
